Meet Allison Miller, Your Las Vegas Realtor
Hi, I’m Allison Miller, but most people call me Ally. I’m a full time Las Vegas Realtor with Realty One Group, helping buyers and sellers across Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Pahrump, with a focus on Centennial Hills and Northwest Las Vegas.
I am also a veteran spouse. My family came to Las Vegas on a PCS to Nellis AFB, so I know firsthand what it is like to move here on military orders. If you are relocating on orders or buying with your VA loan, I understand the timelines and the VA process. As a Military Relocation Professional and Veteran Certified agent, I will walk you through every piece of it.
Here is something most agents will not tell you. I am probably not the right agent if you want someone who only tells you what you want to hear. I am the right agent if you want the truth, the numbers behind it, and someone who respects that the final decision is always yours.

If you are selling, you should never have to hire an agent based on a conversation alone. Before we ever sit down, my marketing shows up at your door, so you can see the work first. Every home I list gets a marketing plan built around your goals. As a Seller Representative Specialist and Certified Negotiation Expert, I review every offer line by line, not just the price. I also co-authored a book on how to maximize the sale of your home.
Buying your first home
If you are buying your first home, I started my career in 2017 as a buyer’s agent only. That first year, I helped 24 buyers, and many of them were first time home buyers. I walk you through every step, from pre-approval to keys, and I check the Las Vegas details that can cost buyers money.
Selling and buying at the same time
Selling your current home and buying your next one at the same time can feel like a lot. We map out the timing together from the start, so you know what happens first, what comes next, and what your options are if dates need to shift.
I hold the SRS, CNE, ABR, and MRP designations, and I am Veteran Certified. Many of my clients still text me years after closing, and I love that.
You do not need to be ready to buy or sell to reach out. A first call is just a conversation.
